How we printed, built and delivered a giant presentation display stand for a global brand that would be used as the backdrop for a high profile Innovation Roadshow that will travel around the world to numerous locations.

Working closely with one of the world’s most well known brands, we were recently set the task of delivering a solution for a large scale presentation display stand that would be used as the backdrop for a series of high profile Innovation Roadshows to be held at numerous customer locations around the world.

The stand had to deliver on a number of key aspects, namely; innovation ensuring the use of cutting edge materials and production techniques were inline with the company’s brand values; flexibility the stand would need to be used in a number of different sized presentation spaces, which the teams would not know prior to arriving, as such the stand would need to be easily modified on-site to fit any space; transportability as the stand would need to be used at venues across the globe we would need to supply the necessary containers suitable to carry all hardware using only the minimum number of cases required. A complex brief with many variables proved to be an exciting and interesting challenge.

Our solution for this project was an impressive 10m wide (when used at full width) FabriFrame from our FABRI Display range unique to MX Display, the system involves a double sided aluminium framework, split into sections supplied with high quality dye sublimation fabric prints. The stand was designed to enable the client to build in a wide variety of configurations and widths, flexible enough to allow the stand to fit into the smallest meeting rooms whilst also being able to fill the largest of conference spaces. The central panel for the stand could be projected onto for presentation purposes, ensuring a seamless focal point for the stand. We supplied 14 dye-sublimation fabric prints in total which would ensure every variation of configuration was catered for.

Alongside the stand itself we supplied a portable, fold-away branded presentation plinth, all supplied in a series of custom built flight cases for the framework, fixings and tools plus two roll on roll off cases for the fabrics.
This project was many months in the planning and it has received positive praise from both the senior level members of the company and the customers.

It has been a great project to be involved with and we are pleased that we were able to deliver a project to such a complex brief, that delivered on all aspects of brand, technical innovation, quality, creativity and the all important wow factor.
