CUSTOM WALL GRAPHICS

This was a fantastic project that included a wide variety of custom wall graphics and acoustic solutions, which delivered a superb finish for our friends at Ashlar Projects. We worked closely with the interior design team at Ashlar to turn their big ideas into production-ready artwork, all of which is printed and cut in-house and installed by our professional installation team.

The new 20,000 sq.m warehouse and office space at Snelshall, Milton Keynes features several energy-saving innovations that far exceed current regulations for a building of this type. High levels of natural daylight reduce the need for artificial lighting while the LED lighting systems are zoned and controlled via absence sensors. Solar panels and a heat transfer system provide warm water to amenity areas while harvested rainwater is used in toilets and external watering points. As part of this environmentally-friendly initiative we recommended our Eco One Wall for their custom wall graphics which is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. The specialist woven polyester is scrub resistant, dirt repellent and PVC free, making it a perfect solution for walls in this planet-conscious build.

ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS

We offer a huge array of acoustic solutions for all types of spaces and this project really embraced our Autex Acoustic products. Custom-cut acoustic partitions from the Autex Cascade range, divided the presentation area from the rest of the room in a sophisticated and elegant way. Autex Frontier hanging baffles kept the sound bounce within the seating zone and lowered the ceiling to provide a quiet, intimate space for the audience to focus. The versatile acoustic range we offer also created a tunnel effect for the hot desks, separating the working side of the office from the socialising facilities. Acoustic solutions are a great way to transform space and sound in a large room and Ashlar did this exceptionally well to create several spaces within one large room.

INSTALLATION

This large project was installed by 4 of our fitting team over 5 days. Working alongside fellow contractor, our team had to be flexible and time-efficent to ensure that they building was signed off and handed-over on time.
